《不游海水的鲸》电影的剧情简介：

两个陌生的人，在这个小镇上相遇了。一位来自都市的青年，在寻找遗失的物品时，偶然遇见一位拿着照相机、拿着照相机的姑娘，于是进入一场非常短暂而迷离的梦境。都里的青年们对爱情抱有一种强烈的向往与热切的向往与向往；旅馆的主人有时会沉浸在他自己的霓虹灯中。醉汉迷迷糊糊地看着地上的告示，却被狂风吹得四分五裂。老夫人坐在木椅上，静静地听着。

不知道什么时候，两个素不相识的人，在这座小镇上相遇。来自都市的少年，在寻觅一件遗失之物时，意外地遇见了带著摄影机的神秘少女，并坠入一场短促而迷茫的梦境。城里的青年们怀揣着对爱情的憧憬和渴望；这家旅馆的主人有时会陷入他自己的霓虹灯的世界；那张到处都是的寻人告示，被狂风吹得支离破碎。老人还在那张板凳上，耳边传来一阵阵呼啸声。

Two strangers met in the small town some time ago. Coming out of the city, a young man stumbles upon a girl with a camera in her hand in search of what he has lost and falls into a very short and chaotic dream. The young man in the capital had a strong desire and a warm longing for love; the owner of the brigade occasionally plunged into his own neon world; the drunkard stared blankly at the pervasive, strewn placard, torn to pieces in the gale. The old lady was still sitting in her chair, listening to the mania outside.

In unknown time nodes, unmasked people meet in the town of the rainbow. The boy from the city, is looking for a lost thing, but accidentally with the camera mysterious girl met, into a short and dizzy dream. Young people in town have fantasies and impulses about love; hoteliers occasionally indulge in their own neon worlds; dumb drunks wander off into the field... Everywhere missing people are advertised, torn apart by the wind. The old lady still sat on the bench, listening to the siren as it went through the jungle.
